What are canvas prints?
These are high quality reproductions of our original paintings on canvas. They have the look and feel of an original painting and do not have to be framed behind glass.

How do I return my canvas print?

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with a purchase, you can return it in the same condition as received, within 21 days of the order date. We will issue a full refund for the entire purchase price within 10 business days of arrival. Please note - we do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
How can I track my order?
For orders to the US, UK, Germany and Canada: we will send you an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number to the e-mail address that you provided when you placed your order.

Do you use archival inks?
Yes. All of the inks used are archival, and the canvas is acid free.

You can send your order as a gift. No dollar amounts are included on the invoice that will be mailed with your purchase.
Can I include a gift message with my purchase?
At this time you cannot include a gift message with your purchases.
How long is the transit time to my city?
Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DPD depending on the destination. The transit time to your destination will depend on your location. Usually you should receive your product in 10 business days.

Do you use a UV protectant to protect your canvas prints?
All canvas prints, (rolled in a tube), receive a UV protective coating.
What does the "image size" mean?
The image size is the actual size of the image. If it says 8" x 10", for example, then the image will actually be printed to be 8" x 10". The overall size includes any extra material that surrounds the image. If you order a print there will be a white border around all four sides. For example canvas prints get a 2.5" white border. The added border makes it easier for you to mat, frame, and/or stretch your print on your own. So - if you order a 16" x 20" canvas print, the image size is going to be 16" x 20", and the overall size is going to be 21" x 25".
